I’ve bought a few dresses over the past few years and I’ve never been disappointed. Really happy with my outfits

I found the perfect wedding and accessories or so I thought I placed my order and after a couple weeks I was informed they ran out of material for my shoes I asked for a refund and did not receive it still waiting…. Once I reviewed my dress it did not fit I ask to exchange it and was told I had to pay fir the return myself which was more then the dress so I reached out to customer service and then was told they would replace the dress but I would have to pay another $75 for shipping oh no I'm not doing that so I'm stuck with no shoes and a wedding dress I can not fit. I had to go somewhere else to buy everything smh… I will never purchase from here again so beware ladies!

Do not purchase from them, they are scammers!! You will be out all of your money and they will stop responding to your emails and there is no way to contact them

I ordered me and my husband a dress and suit for a masquerade ball and even paid extra for express shipping one didn't come till 2 weeks late the other didn't even show up so I asked for return lable for the one I did recieve late and all I got from customer service is sorry your unhappy...

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! It takes forever to get the item, No paperwork arrives with the garment so you have to search for how to return. Turns out you have to open a dispute and request a return. I requested a return on day 7 and they refused it because they say 7 days had passed, contrary to their return policy. After about 5 attempts to argue my case to an illiterate person I gave up. Very poor customer service!!!!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM TBDRESS! This is a scam company. There is no way to cancel an order. They kept sending me apology emails that my various items were out of stock and to choose a similar item replacement. I would choose another, and then that would be out of stock. After about 12-14 emails back and forth, I asked to cancel the entire order, there is no way to do that on the website. Then all of a sudden they shipped things to me. Actually, shipped 2 of one shirt. It has just been a big mess. Save yourself the trouble and frustration. The website is beautiful, but not at all what it appears to be.

Great customer service, I wanted to return a dress as it was small for me, however I was provided with options, I kept the original for my sis and got me another dress reordered with my 50% coupon, nice experience!

Very, very poor quality, not to use, trash.

I ordered a wedding dress for my daughter. It is so short that it doesn't come to my crotch, the sleeves are too short and the quality is very poor! On a $173.13 purchase, they want to refund me $50 and have me take it to be fixed. It can't be fixed because there is not enough fabric.

I never got my order. Tbdress stole my money. I tried calling many times and no answer. I'm so disappointed. Beware shoppers. They steal people money and when calling no one answers.

I can't say enough bad things. My dress never shipped. The event came and passed and when I reached out for a refund, they shipped it instead. I'm only getting married once, and I paid for expedited shipping for nothing. I am still trying to resolve the problem but can't get a response from them.
